I DO NOT, in any circumstances, accept Bitcoin and/or Ethereum as payment.

Payments must be made upfront before I start working and must be made only after I have agreed to your commission. Only when the payment is confirmed will I start on your drawing.

Nor shall client sub-license others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

My commissions are for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed unless discussed before I start the work.

For commercial work, please discuss with me before filling in the form as the price will increase by 300% of the quoted price.

You CANNOT trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form (i.e. painting over a specific portion of the drawing) without my permission, including drafts provided during the sketch phase.

I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their requests.

Commissions may be completed within 3-4 weeks depending on the queue, but this wait time may change depending on personal circumstances. I will let you know if wait time may exceed this period.

If you have a specific deadline, please discuss it with me prior to payment so I can let you know if I will be able to accommodate your request.

Refunds are currently unavailable. If you would like to cancel the commission, please do so before payments are made. You may not use any drafts provided after cancelling.

Your commissioned piece will be a DIGITAL FILE. There will be no shipping of any physical copy or item.
